If we cannot deliver, you do not pay. It is that simple.

Placement Services — Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to find a suitable candidate for your role, you receive a full refund of your placement fee — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to all placement tiers.

Once a candidate has been presented, interviewed, and accepted by you, the placement fee is considered earned and is non-refundable. At that point, the 30-day replacement guarantee takes effect (see below).

30-Day Replacement Guarantee

Every placement includes a 30-day replacement guarantee at no additional cost. If your new VA leaves or does not meet the agreed-upon role requirements within 30 days of their start date, we will conduct a full new search and place a replacement — free of charge.

The 30-day replacement guarantee covers the same role, same skill set, and same responsibilities as the original placement. Requests for a VA with a different role or skill set constitute a new placement and are subject to a new placement fee.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Placement fees after a candidate has been accepted and hired by you.
  • Services already delivered, including AI Readiness Audits, delegation plans, onboarding playbooks, and marketing system setups.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@precisionvamatch.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
